At Focused Potential, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for both our clients and our practitioners.

We maintain a zero tolerance policy for any form of aggression, abuse, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Verbal aggression or threats
• Rudeness or disrespectful language
• Sexist, racist, or discriminatory remarks
• Harassment of any kind

Such behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If a client engages in any of the above, their session will be immediately terminated, and their ongoing access to services may be reviewed or discontinued.
