Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance
A late cancellation or non-attendance occurs when an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or when a client does not attend the scheduled session. -
Late Cancellation / Non-Attendance Fee
Late cancellations and non-attendances will incur a fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost. -
Repeated Late Cancellations or Non-Attendance
If a client has more than three (3) late cancellations or non-attendances, we reserve the right to decline future booking requests. -
Discretionary Fee Waivers
Late cancellation or non-attendance fees may be waived in certain circumstances at our discretion. -
A rebook fee may be applicable in some instances
