Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
  1. Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance
    A late cancellation or non-attendance occurs when an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or when a client does not attend the scheduled session.
  2. Late Cancellation / Non-Attendance Fee
    Late cancellations and non-attendances will incur a fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost.
  3. Repeated Late Cancellations or Non-Attendance
    If a client has more than three (3) late cancellations or non-attendances, we reserve the right to decline future booking requests.
  4. Discretionary Fee Waivers
    Late cancellation or non-attendance fees may be waived in certain circumstances at our discretion.
  5.  A rebook fee may be applicable in some instances
